gilesthewatcher asked: Hey! I was wondering if you may be interested in joining our roleplay, we still have some important roles open!

As fun as that sounds, I’m not the best RP’er and I don’t have much time to dedicate to one as of late.

Definitely would like to see how that progresses though; hope you can fill the spots and hope it’s fun!

edit: meant to privately respond. oh well

  • gatsby: hey i just met you
  • gatsby: and this is crazy
  • gatsby: but i'm going to spend most of my life and wealth in an attempt to pursue you for your stunning vapidness and the warped image of yourself created in my mind as a precursor to my eventual fall
  • gatsby: so call me maybe

Everything about going to tale the SAT was fun except for the actual test time itself.

Saw a lot of people around the testing site that I knew from middle school (and a lot of people who looked like people I knew but couldn’t be sure about). Some people have changed a lot and some haven’t at all o.o

The SAT itself was depressingly simple in its math sections and was only mildly challenging in language and reading. And the essay was beautiful.

But the people around me made me lose hope in humanity. While we were still waiting for the test to get started I couldn’t help but listen in to some conversations, and the  group to the left of me made me facepalm. Somebody talked about how many classes they’ve failed, and someone said they failed 3 of their EOCTs (standardized final exams) this year.

Vincent Van Gogh: Look at the sky. It’s not dark and black and without character. The black is, in fact deep blue. And over there, lighter blue and blowing through the blues and blackness the winds swirling through the air and then shining, burning, bursting through… the stars! And you see how they roar their light. Everywhere we look, the complex magic of nature blazes before our eyes.
The Doctor: I’ve seen many things, my friend. But you’re right. Nothing quite as wonderful as the things you see.
